Maldivian Recipe




Rihaakuru Dhiya
Ingredients:

Rihaakuru
Coconut Milk
6-7 Curry leaves
1 Onion
2 Chilies or dried chilies
1 Lemon
Water

How to make:
Chop the Onions and chilies thin, squeeze Lemon juice on the chopped onions. Add the curry leaves and Rihaakuru and mix it thoroughly.  Then add the coconut milk and some water. Mix and serve at Room temperature.
Best Served with Maldivian vacuumed fish and Roasted dried chilies.
Accompanied with White plain rice.
